The apartment had necessary kitchen appliances and a laundry room. The hotel was near various places to eat and just a short walk to the train. the staff were accommodating and kind.
The walls were paper thin and we could hear everything from the neighboring rooms. The lack of soundproofing took a toll on our sleep quality and left us feeling tired throughout the day.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel in the NW metropolitan area of Tokyo. The value for money was excellent, especially compared to the prices in Tokyo. The attention to detail was evident in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher. The location in a Japanese neighborhood was convenient, with grocery stores and restaurants within easy reach.
No major issues, everything was just fine.

Had a great experience at this city hotel! the staff were super friendly and recommended great places to visit and eat. the location was convenient with a big supermarket, restaurants and train station nearby. the room had a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher which was super helpful for cooking meals. the rooms were spacious with ample space for relaxing.
Some of the TV channels were not available, but it wasn't a big issue since we were out exploring all day. the only downside was the noise from neighbouring guests late at night, but the reception was quick to handle the situation.

My room was spacious and had all the necessary facilities for a family, including cooking and laundry supplies. Additionally, the location was perfect with easy access to public transportation and nearby supermarkets and restaurants.
